SATHANAS entered the extreme Metal scene in the eighties with their Satanic Death Metal demo Ripping Evil with Paul Tucker and Mike Smith, the first track Jaws of Satan became a favourite with Death Metal listeners. Problems with rehearsals caused SATHANAS to dissolve shortly afterwards, with Mike Smith going to ACHERON and Paul Tucker going
